PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal part structure of a molded ceiling for a vehicle capable of reducing the number of parts and operation processes for arranging a garnish on an inner side surface of a roof member and improving operability in attaching the garnish. SOLUTION: The garnish 20 is arranged along an inner side of a roof side rail 11 (the roof member) on a side of a cabin. A molded ceiling 21 formed by attaching a skin 23 to a ceiling base member 22 is laid on an inner surface of a roof panel (the roof member) 10. An upper end part 20a of the garnish 20 is covered with a terminal part 21a of the molded ceiling 21. The terminal part 21a of the molded ceiling 21 is formed by folding upward through a thin part 21b. The molded ceiling 21 is so mounted to the roof panel 10 that the terminal part 21a is bent inward in a state that pressure is applied to the garnish 20, and the garnish 20 is pressed and fixed to the roof side rail 11 by spring back force of the terminal part 21a.
