PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative laminated sheet which has outstanding surface properties such as mar-proofness, and inhibited warpage and high adhesive properties with an adhesive and further, is best suited as an alternative for a decorative laminated sheet of a polyvinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: The decorative laminated sheet 10 comprises (B) a thermoplastic resin layer 2, (C) a primer layer 3, (D) a pictorial pattern layer 4, (E) an adhesive reinforcing layer 5 to be provided if desired, (F) a primer layer 6 and (G) a mar-proof clear resin layer 7 laminated on one of the faces of (A) a base material sheet 1 from the base material sheet 1 side. In addition, the decorative laminated sheet 10 has (B') a thermoplastic resin layer 2', (C') a primer layer 3' and (E') an adhesive reinforcing layer 5' to be provided if desired, laminated sequentially on the other face of the base material sheet 1 from the base material sheet 1 side. Thus the decorative laminated sheet 10 has a structural features as described.
