Semaphorin modulation of immune cell migration

The present invention is directed to compositions and methods for use in immunotherapeutic treatment of immune cell migration-mediated diseases or conditions, including the following: auto-immune; hypersensitivity or neoplastic diseases or conditions such as cancers; and food intolerance. Also encompassed by the invention are methods and compositions for use in promoting or suppressing angiogenesis. The compositions and methods disclosed involve the use of semaphorin polypeptides and semphorin receptor polypeptides, which function to influence immune cell migration.
