PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eave trough manufacturing method capable of suppressing the drawdown of a molten resin or obtaining an extrusion molded object stable in dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: In an eave trough manufacturing method, a resin material 501 for an eave trough is extruded from an extrusion mold 22 by an extruder 21 and the extruded molded object 51 is brought into close contact with the outer mold part 32 and hollow inner mold part 36 of a second cooling mold 31 while the outer peripheral surface 55 and hollow part inner surface thereof are sucked by vacuum sizing parts 33, 33a, 33b and a cooling water piping 35 is provided between the inner peripheral surface 56 of the extruded molded object 51 and the second cooling mold 31 and cooling water is allowed to penetrate in the extruded molded object through the cooling water pipe 35 to cool the extruded molded object 51 to the vicinity of the crystallizing temp. thereof. |
