PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a corner pole for an automobile capable of supporting the corner pole for the automobile in a vertical direction in respect of a car body even when an inclination of the car body is different or dispersed. SOLUTION: This mounting structure includes a spacer 10 arranged on an inner side of a part for mounting a corner pole of the car body S', and a ring washer 11 for supporting a stretching pole 3' by connecting a connecting part 11A with the spacer 10 on an outer side of the car body S' and connecting a base end part 3A' of the stretch pole 3' in a center hole 11B2. The spacer 10 includes three protrusions 10D1, 10D2 provided on a flange 10C formed on an upper end part of the spacer 10. Top parts of the three protrusions are positioned in a plane inclining at a same angle as of an inclining angle of an inner surface for mounting the corner pole of the car body S' in respect of an axis of a center hole 10B1, and are contact with an inner surface of the car body S'.
