PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anesthetic vaporization instrument being strong and with good reliability. SOLUTION: A return pipe 28 is connected with the first connecting position 30 positioned downstream of the first control means and the second connecting position 32 upstream of the first control means in parallel and by crossing the first control means 18 and the second control means 34 and 52 are arranged on the return pipe 28 and the third control means is arranged on an outlet pipe 12 downstream of the first connecting position 30 and a control unit 36 controls at least one above described control means 18, 34, 52, 22 and 54 when an anesthetic 10 is dosed. |
