PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve inconvenience of highlighted correlation effects, when data is overwritten on the frame memory 22 in an ultrasonic apparatus. SOLUTION: The write control part 24 regulates repeated writing of the same address within the same frame of the frame memory 2. More specifically, each address is regulated with each flag and the flag is set when a first writing is performed, thereby prohibiting the second and following writing. This arrangement assures prevention of correlated calculation in duplicate for the same address. |
