PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating and recovering carbon dioxide from an exhaust combustion gas by which carbon dioxide with a high purity can be recovered at a low cost and a small energy consumption. SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide separating and recovery method for separating and recovering carbon dioxide from an exhaust combustion gas by generating carbon dioxide hydrate by bringing the exhaust combustion gas into contact with water in pressurized conditions.
