PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank wherein a construction period can be shortened, a cost can be reduced, and the inside can be easily cleaned. SOLUTION: A water reservoir tank T formed like a rectangular box as a whole is constructed by joining rectangular panels 12 to 12 lengthwise and crosswise. An external reinforcing means M1 is provided on a lower external surface side of the tank T. Horizontal reinforcing bars 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b constituting an internal reinforcing means M2 are joined to a middle part and an upper internal space of the tank T. Since the horizontal reinforcing bars 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b of the internal reinforcing means M2 are not provided on a lower part of the tank T, a worker can easily perform cleaning. Construction of the means M1 is easy as it is done outside the tank T.
