PURPOSE: A process for preparing the titled fiber by providing an oiling agent through two steps before and after interlocking of melt extruded nylon 6 filament yarn, heat treating and winding up is provided, which produces nylon fiber without generating thread breakage. CONSTITUTION: In a process for the manufacture of nylon 6 raw yarn by cooling extruded nylon 6 filament yarn, treating an oiling agent through two steps before and after interlocking and directly drawing at a speed of above 5,500m/min, the filament yarn is drawn by winding up respectively two times or less at a first godet roller and a second godet roller, wherein winding tension force is 0.09 to 1.17g/d. |
