PURPOSE: A blow mode converting apparatus for vehicle air conditioning system is provided to simplify the structure of the apparatus while reducing the size of the blower case. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a plurality of rotation axes(30) mounted to be rotatable within a blower case(3) and which has a plurality of stoppers formed along the outer periphery of each of rotation axes; a shield film(40) supported by each of rotation axes so as to form a closed curve and which has two or more open portions(42) which are spaced apart from each other; an auxiliary rotation axis(50) contacting the outer surface of the shield film within the blower case; and a torsion spring(52) for applying a predetermined elastic force to the auxiliary rotation axis. The shield film is made up of a soft material, and has a plurality of stopper grooves to be engaged with the stoppers of the rotation axis so as to open/shut off a ventilator duct(10), a defroster duct(11), and a floor duct(12).
