PURPOSE: A water absorbing complex for supplying water at a fishing spot is provided, which can supply water by just throwing the complex into river or sea and pulling it for a fisherman without going into river to carry water, to save time and avoid any dangers caused by slipping and falling down. For a fisherman, water is necessary for washing his hands and fishing tools and for kneading bait. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) an absorbing complex(10) made of water absorbing material such as sponge that can absorb much water in a small volume; (ii) a weight(11) fixed in the absorbing complex(10) for throwing the complex into river or water source and easily sinking it into water; and (iii) a rope(12) connected to the weight(11) for pulling it from river, the rope having a hook(13) for removably connecting the rope to a longer rope.
