PURPOSE: A power supply of a monitor having an audio system is provided to entirely interrupt a power of the monitor while continuously supplying a power to the audio system. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(32) is connected to a main power supply(34) and an auxiliary power supply(36). The main power supply(34) is connected to a controller(38) and a monitor section(44). The auxiliary power supply(36) is connected to the controller(38) and an audio power interrupting section(40). The controller(38) is connected to the audio power interrupting section(40) and a key input section(42). The controller(38) includes the first resistor, the first coupler A, the first transistor, and the second resistor. The first resistor is connected to the auxiliary power supply(36). One terminal of the first coupler A is connected to the first resistor and other terminal thereof is connected to the first transistor. The audio power interrupting section(40) is connected to an audio section(46).
