PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and closing the keypads of electronic note in a mobile terminal is provided to enable two keypads for the note to be easily opened and closed, by installing a hook having a simple structure and a small size and a hook fixing member in the keypads. CONSTITUTION: A keyboard(10) includes a plurality of buttons(30). A keyboard(16) includes a plurality of buttons(32). A hook insertion hole(34), formed on the first pad(14), enables a hook(40) to be inserted into the pad(14) and separated from the pad(14). A switch projection(36), formed on the second pat(6), applies an electronic note function start signal to an internal controller when the keyboards(10,16) are opened. A rubber terminal(38) is installed at the second pad(6), and pressed by the switch projection(36).
