PURPOSE: An apparatus and the method for transmitting data capable of a bilateral wireless data communication are provided to supply a bilateral wireless call service of voice and data and an added service, by enabling a receiver who gets the data from a transmitter to confirm the received data to the transmitter. CONSTITUTION: A reception part(210) receives the wireless call of a user. A reception part(220) receives location information. A latch part(230) latches the certain data transmitted from a micro-controller(280). A data transfer part(240) transfers the data applied from the latch part(230) and the wireless call output from the reception part(210) to the micro-controller(280). The data transfer part(240) provides the switching control instruction and various data applied from the micro-controller(280) to an LCD(250). The LCD(250) displays the location information and the data related to the wireless call which are transmitted from the micro-controller(280) via the part(240). A relay(260) switches the telephone number of the wireless call, the call number and the location information which are received from the micro-controller(280).
