PURPOSE: The method for publicizing internet advertisement is provided to stand out a fine image of a company to a user by manufacturing and publicizing a CF using a characteristics through an advertisement process. CONSTITUTION: If a user(100) connects to the site through the internet(110), only certified member through a login process can read a letter of request of an advertisement or an advertisement in the site. The members consists of general members(150) and company members(160). The company members(160) can apply to the site by writing a letter of request of an advertisement with respect to an advertisement marketing strategy of the company. The general members(150) can manufactures an advertisement through a letter of request of an advertisement requested for manufacturing an advertisement by the company members(160). The manufactured advertisement is publicized to the general members(150) through an examination of an advertisement manager. At this time, a pre-fixed advertisement rate is offered to an advertisement manufacturer and an advertisement viewer.
