PURPOSE: A method for offering charged contents in an internet cafe using a billing system is provided to enhance a utilization coefficient of charged contents by enabling a user to connect at charged contents directly. CONSTITUTION: Information gathering charged contents is displayed on screen of a client PC(200). A user applies for using charged contents through the client PC(201). An agent program in the client PC is driven(202). The agent program applies a certification demand through a local server(203). A local server applies a certification demand through a main server(204). A main server issues a virtual ID and a password(205). The agent program applies a service to a charged contents offering service using the virtual ID and the password(206). The charged contents offering service offers a service to the user(207). The agent program stores the itemized statement of the charged contents with respect to using by the user(208). The itemized statement is transmitted to the local server, and the local server calculates exactly the itemized statement(209). The calculated account is transmitted to the main server(210). A paying is performed among a charged contents offering firm, a local server manager and the main server manager using a calculating system(211).
