PURPOSE: The method for measuring business efficiency according to person is provided to enhance a productivity by searching a process line needing the most time or outputting the least quantity and improving the process. CONSTITUTION: A business efficiency automatically measuring system is initialized by turning on a power of a computer(S101). It is checked as to whether a work starting command signal is received or not(S103). It is checked as to whether a working time signal is received from one out of a plurality of personal switching boxes if a work starting command signal is received(S105). If a working time signal is received, the working time by persons is calculated(S107). At this time, a calculation of working time by persons displays a time value of the corresponding switching box and a working efficiency by persons, and a calculated working time is displayed by calculating working time of the corresponding switching box. It is checked as to whether the working is terminated(S109). If the working is terminated, working efficiency data by persons are stored as a file and the business efficiency automatically measuring system is closed(S111).
