PURPOSE: An MPEG music file player having a voice alarming function for a vehicle is provided to monitor an alarming situation of a vehicle in a state of alarm message data of a user being stored in a memory, and to automatically inform the user of an alarming message relating to the alarming situation, so as to reduce another voice alarming system cost. CONSTITUTION: An alarming sensor(10) is mounted on a vehicle. A microphone circuit(20) amplifies a user's alarming message voice signal inputted through a microphone(21) of a user and filters the amplified signal. An MP3 player operator(30) outputs an alarm recording command signal and an MP3 player operation command signal. If an MP3 replay signal is inputted, an MP3 decoder(40) decodes MP3 stored in a memory(41) and encodes inputted alarm message data with an ADPCM(Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation) system to store the alarm message data in the memory(41). If alarm message data of the memory(41) is inputted, the MP3 decoder(40) decodes the alarm message data with the ADPCM system. If the alarm recording command signal is inputted, a micro computer(50) converts an alarm message voice signal into the alarm message data. If the MP3 player operation command signal is inputted, the micro computer(50) outputs an MP3 operation signal and reads the alarm message data of the memory(41), according to an output signal monitoring result. The micro computer(50) applies the read data to the MP3 decoder(40). A D/A(Digital to Analog) converter(70) converts the decoded MP3 and the decoded alarm message data into analog signals, and outputs the analog signals through a speaker(60).
