PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD WITH THICKNESS DISPLAY FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A printed circuit board is provided to prevent impedance badness owing to a thickness variation of different copper clad lamination(CCL)s. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer printed circuit board has a display unit(10) according to a thickness of an inner-layer CCL. The display unit(10) is formed by cutting corner portions of the CCL, respectively. The cut portion of the display unit(10) is formed so as to have an arc shape. The multi-layer printed circuit board is a board for a Rambus used in a high-speed circuit transfer system and has a predetermined thickness variation as the CCL and an insulation layer are stacked.
