PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image recording device that an intermediate transfer part is simply constituted in small size and the maintenance property is satisfactory. SOLUTION: Image-forming units 17Bk, 17C, 17M and 17Y provided with a photoreceptor 11, the developing device and a toner containing part, constitutes a rotary body being assembled/arranged in an approximately annular form. An intermediate transfer belt unit 2, housing the intermediate transfer belt 3 and a first transfer roller 4 composed of an elastic body, and provided with a pair of rollers 16 for keeping a nipping quantity constant between the intermediate transfer belt 3 and the photoreceptor 11, is constituted so as to repeat contact/separation with the photoreceptor 11. The image formed on the photoreceptor 11, is transferred on the intermediate transfer belt 3 and moreover is transferred on recording paper. |
