PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent recording medium where a fluorescent image undiscriminable by the naked eye can be written-in at high speed and data are not broken when the data are stored or read-out and which has recording density greatly higher than the conventional ones and to provide a fluorescent recording/reproducing device. SOLUTION: This fluorescent recording medium is provided with a recording body layer containing fine particles emitting fluorescence of the intensity changed by irradiating with recording light, a reflection layer for reflecting the fluorescence emitted from the recording body layer or an amplification layer for amplifying the fluorescence and an insulating layer arranged between the recording body layer and the reflection layer. The information is stored on the recording body layer by irradiating with the recording light and the stored information is read-out by detecting the fluorescence emitted from the recording body layer by irradiating with excited light while the fluorescence is reflected on the reflection layer or amplified by the amplification layer. |
