PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the angles of a totally reflecting mirror and a partially reflective mirror from being putting out of order, to prevent a laser beam mode from being deformed and to prevent the output of a laser from being reduced by a method where an optical bench, which receives a change in the outside air temperature and radiation heat which is generated from laser gas in a discharge tube, is not deformed thermally. SOLUTION: This oscillation device is a gas laser oscillation device, which is provided with an optical sensor for supplementing scattered light, which is one part of a laser beam, in the vicinity of a resonator internal mirror of a connecting tube body, and is provided with an adjusting mechanism for automatically adjusting the angle of the resonator internal mirror, so that an output signal from the optical sensor is always the smallest output signal and a control circuit.
