摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an inexpensive semi-rigid polyurethane foam for a vehicle interior material, for which a castor oil-based polyol derived from plants is used, and which has short demolding time.SOLUTION: Polyols are concurrently used which comprises at least: a castor oil polyol having a hydroxyl value of 40-350 mg-KOH/g and a number-average molecular weight of 400-3,200; a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl value of 15-100 mg-KOH/g and a number-average molecular weight of 2,000-8,000; and a polymeric polyol having a hydroxyl value of 20-50 mg-KOH/g and a number-average molecular weight of 3,000-6,000. A semi-rigid polyurethane foam for a vehicle interior material comprises, based on 100 pts.mass of the polyols that contains 1-40 pts.mass of the castor oil polyol, 25-80 pts.mass of the polyether polyol, and 10-35 pts.mass of the polymeric polyol: water as a foaming agent; and a polymeric MDI as polyisocyanate.
