PURPOSE: A media connection controller of a terminal device for a DSRC(Dedicate Short Range Communications) is provided to process data at a high speed by a terminal device mounted to an inside car, and to receive various traffic information services. CONSTITUTION: A controller(415) detects a CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Error Check) signal for an inputted signal from a terminal device modem, and controls a descrambling, The controller(415) controls a scrambling of a signal for being transmitted to the modem. A receiving processor performs a descrambling for the signal inputted from the modem according to control of the controller(415), and detects a frame header and a CRC signal of the inputted signal. A transmitting processor selectively performs a serial conversion and a scrambling for a signal read from a DPRAM(Dual Port RAM)(114) of the terminal device according to control of the controller, and transmits the signal to the modem. A storage(416) stores the detected frame header and the signal transmitted from the modem, and transmits the stored signal to the controller(415) according to control of an outer computer system.
