DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY OF CHAIN CONVEYOR IN SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT WITH SAND PREVENTIVE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A drive shaft assembly of a chain conveyor is provided to improve durability with sand prevention structure preventing sand from being infiltrated between an idle sprocket and a bush. CONSTITUTION: A drive shaft assembly is dually structured in the chain conveyor of a sewage treatment plant with unevenness type sand prevention structure engaging the inner and outer circumferential walls of an idle sprocket(12) and a bush(43) each other; and the sand preventive structure such as a plastic protecting cap(50) to prevent sand by covering a fixing shaft(41) and the idle sprocket. Therefore, the idle sprocket is stably driven without abrasion and then the durability and reliability of the drive shaft assembly are enhanced.
