PURPOSE: An electronic circuit board and a method for forming a processing film thereof are provided, which make a film with a uniform thickness and have a good product ratio as to a raw material, and do not decrease a productivity efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the first step of descending a board into a liquid and lifting the board from the liquid, and giving an acceleration to the liquid attached onto the board surface as to the board by changing a speed of the board on way of lifting the board from the state that a bottom part of the board is completely soaked in the liquid. If a perpendicularly upward direction is set as an Y coordinate and a time coordinate is set as t and a substrate coordinate is set as Y(t), the speed of the substrate V(Y) is expressed as V(Y)=d(Yt)/dt, and the speed V(Y) is determined by a program.
