PURPOSE: A fan is provided which gives out fragrance to the surroundings while being fanned. CONSTITUTION: The fan comprises: (i) a handle(10); (ii) the ribs of a fan(11) which is formed on the upper parts of the handle as one body; (iii) a reinforcing connecting stand(12) which is formed on the end edge of a circumference of the ribs of a fan(11) as one body; (iv) a fixing fragment(30) which is formed on the center lower part of the reinforcing connecting stand(12) as one body and has an upper part open receiving space; (v) a fragrance absorbed sponge(40) which is built-in the receiving space of the fixing fragment(30); and (vi) a projection(60) which projects to correspond to the upper end of fan wrapping paper at both sides upper part of the fixing fragment(30) and forms a fragrance-emitting opening.
