PURPOSE: A sewage and waste water treating system using molecular decomposition is provided which converses the decomposed contaminants into an originally stable material, thereby good water having a superior self-cleansing capability after completely decomposing contaminants by the physical energy not using an existing biological treatment method. CONSTITUTION: The sewage and waste water treating system comprises a pH adjusting vessel (1) in which a pH concentration is adjusted by fans (4,5) rotated by a reduction motor (2); a pretreating and flotation vessel (10) equipped with an ultrasonic generator (11), an alternate magnet (12) coupled to a magnetizing plate (13) to which a permanent magnet (14) is attached, an anionic oxygen generator (15) and a flotation vessel (18); first decomposition vessel (20) equipped with an ultrasonic generator (21), a vibration generator of an alternate magnet (22), a magnetizing plate (23) and a permanent magnet (24), an anionic oxygen generator (25), and an electromagnetic wave generator; an agglutination reaction vessel (30) equipped with a reduction motor (31) and fans (33,34); a settling vessel (40) for removing sludge settled on the inclined bottom surface with a strainer (43); an oxygen supplying vessel (50) equipped with a vibration generator and an anionic oxygen generator (54); a filter machine (60) for filtering contaminants with a filter (61); an activated carbon adsorption vessel (65) equipped with an activated carbon (66) and an alternate regenerator (67); and a reduction vessel (70) equipped with a reduction stone (71) and an alternate regenerator (72).
