PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional(3D) shape processing method capable of discriminating the inside and outside of respective surfaces of a 3D shape in a short time when displaying the 3D shape. SOLUTION: In the 3D shape processing method related to 3D shape display watched from one or plural viewpoints, concerning the respective surfaces of the 3D shape to become a target, a normal vector is obtained (S1), an area (space) to which the normal vector belongs, is determined (S2), and the sorted result information showing the area is stored (S3). When displaying a state watched from one or plural viewpoints, a glance vector is obtained (S5) and an area to which the glance vector belongs, is determined and defined as sorted result information (S6). When discriminating whether the inner product of each normal vector and the glance vector is positive or negative, when the positive/ negative discrimination based on the sorted result information is enabled (Yes in S7), it is discriminated according to each of sorted result information (S9). |
