SECRET KEY GENERATING METHOD, CIPHERING METHOD, AND CIPHERED COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ciphered communication method by ID-NIKS which is simple in constitution and high in safety. SOLUTION: A center uses specific information (ID information) on entities and a secret symmetrical matrix to generate and send secret keys unique to the entities to the respective entities. At the time, the symmetrical matrix is a 2×2 simple symmetrical matrix and three-dimensional secret keys which are larger in size than the symmetrical matrix are generated and sent to the respective entities. Each entity generates a common key which is needed for ciphering and deciphering by a binomial theorem using its unique secret key and an open key based upon the specific information (ID information) on the opposite side.
