PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure discharge lamp, a lighting equipment of the high-pressure discharge lamp, and an illuminating equipment which can promote a filtration of a sealing material. SOLUTION: CE is a translucent ceramic discharge container, FC is a feeder conductor, XW is a cross wire, OL is an outer lead wire, E is an electrode, S1 is a first seal, CW is a ceramic washer, and S2 is a second seal. The translucent ceramic discharge container CE is formed of YAG and has a surrounding part CEa and small-diameter cylinders CEb and CEb. The maximum inner diameter of the surrounding part CEa is 4.5 mm, the minimum diameter thereof is about 4.3 mm, an inner diameter of the small-diameter cylinder CEb is 0.7 mm, a full length thereof is 25 mm, and an inside volume thereof is about 0.03 cc. Spiral grooves MZ are made on the surface of the feeder conductor FC in the depth of not less than 0.3μm and not more than 0.1 mm with a pitch of not more than 2 mm between the grooves. The seal can be easily filtrated owing to the grooves MZ.
