发明名称 METHOD FOR PREDICTING COLD-ROLLING FORCE OF ULTRATHIN PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE: A predicting method for the cold-rolling force of an ultrathin plate is provided to contain input and output tension, adhesive friction and material hardening and to properly mix a matrix model and an influence function model for the accuracy of a prediction. CONSTITUTION: For the accurate prediction of cold-rolling force, a predicting system inputs a rolling condition such as the width, the thickness and the elongation of a rolled plate and calls a matrix model to obtain the pressure distribution of deforming area and the boundary point of the deforming area. Then, the pressure distribution of the area is linearized and the system calls an influence function model to obtain the pressure distribution and the boundary point of all area. Rolling force is obtained by integrating the pressure distribution of all area and rolling torque is obtained by integrating a moment made by multiplying each distance from the center of the roll and each pressure. Due to the matrix model and the influence function, the cold-rolling force of an ultrathin plate is accurately predicted.
