PURPOSE: An electro luminescence element is provided to be capable of securing a high brightness. CONSTITUTION: A luminescence paste(13), a dielectric paste(15) and a silver paste(17) are stacked on an indium tin oxide(ITO) film(11) using a screen, in which a luminescence pattern is formed. Whenever each paste is printed, a printed film is dried during a predetermined interval of time by putting the printed film in a drying oven. The temperature of the driving oven may be maintained at 40 to 90°C. The A luminescence paste(13), the dielectric paste(15) and the silver paste(17) are made by mixing with an organic binder by an appropriate ratio.
