PURPOSE: A method for producing alcoholic beverage using tree sap is provided, thereby liquor having sweet taste and rich mineral without foul odor can be produced. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing alcoholic beverage comprises the steps of: dipping raw materials such as fruits or roots to leach the extract solution containing the certain amount of alcohol, for an appropriate period; and filtering them to prepare the raw liquor; adding additives and tree sap into the original liquor and blending them, diluting it with water, and filtering to purify the diluted solution, in which the additives are glucose, fructose, oligosaccharide, citric acid, etc.; the tree sap is pretreated to prevent from contamination by adding 95% alcohol into the tree sap up to 10%(v/v) to 30%(v/v) alcohol concentration and storing them under cool condition.
