EXERCISE EQUIPMENT CONNECTED TO COMPUTER

PURPOSE: An exercise equipment connected to a computer through an exercise quantity measuring device and an intensity controller of the exercise quantity is provided to analyze speed, grade and exercise intensity of the equipment and make exercise proper for each personal physical strength possible. CONSTITUTION: The exercise equipment(2) includes an exercise quantity measuring device(4) measuring the quantity of the equipment and transmitting digitalized signal of the quantity to a controller(8), an intensity control device(5) capable of adjusting the exercise intensity by receiving the signal of the controller and controlling an electronic switch or a step motor, and a controller(8) transmitting the signal of the measuring device to a computer(7) or the control signal of the computer to the intensity control device. The controller is connected to the computer through an interface card(6) or a USB controller or simply through a serial or parallel port connector or a USB connector.
