PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor which retains the performance of a resin layer containing a siloxane resin having a crosslinked structure over a long period of time, has good electrification characteristics and high sensitivity, undergoes no change in electrification potential even after use over a long period of time and ensures good image characteristics and to provide an image forming device using the photoreceptor, an image forming method and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has at least a photosensitive layer and a resin layer on the electrically conductive substrate. The resin layer comprises a layer containing a siloxane resin having a structural unit with charge transferring performance and also having a crosslinked structure and the resin layer contains fine particles having 0.05-10μm average particle diameter and an antioxidant.
