<p>PURPOSE:To permit a base material and a skin material to be pressed between opposing forces for lamination and the skin material to be trimmed accurately, even if it is made of a highly stretchable material, by providing a skin material receiving member, a skin material push-in member and a clamp on the outer side of upper and lower dies. CONSTITUTION:A receiving member 14 having a groove 13 into which a highly stretchable skin material 11 is pushed is provided around a lower die and a push rod 15 is mounted on a piston type driving machine 7 provided above the receiving member to move an upper blade 3 vertically and, on the outer side thereof, a clamp 16 is provided to hold the skin material 11. An adhesive-coated base material 9 is set on the lower die 2 with an upper die 1 held in its upper position, the skin material 11 is placed between the lower die 2 and the upper die 1 and held by a clamp 16 and the upper die 1 is lowered to press the base material 9 and the highly stretchable skin material 11 against the lower die. The push rod 15 and the upper blade 3 are then lowered. The skin material 11 is forced into the groove 13 of the receiving member 14 so as to be stretched by 20-50% and vertically cut off between the upper blade 3 and a lower blade 4, whereby the layering on the base material 9 of the skin material 11 and the trimming thereof are effected simultaneously.</p> |
