PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly establish wiring to many light emitting/receiving elements groups of multiple light guides. SOLUTION: On the occasion of wiring the light emitting/receiving element groups 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b forming multiple gate pulse generating units 3A, 3B with light guides 4, 4 numbering several hundreds, different light emitting groups 6a, 6b are each allocated face to face at a predetermined angle, while different light receiving element groups 7a, 7b are each allocated in the same manner. Thereby, wiring is made in a manner such that the light guides 4, 5 of respective groups do not straddle the other light guides 5, 4 of the other groups.
