PURPOSE: A connector separating apparatus of equipment for manufacturing a semiconductor is provided to easily separate a connector in a small space by separating cables with one hand. CONSTITUTION: A pushing button(12) is protruded to the outside of one of a pair of connectors(10,20) for electrically connecting cables(11,21), and moves inward by pressure. One end of a connection rod is connected to a lower surface of the pushing button, and the other end of the connection rod is extended toward a front surface of the connector, so that the connection rod is protruded to the front of the connector by the pressure of the pushing button. A separating plate(16) is adhered to a front portion of the connection rod, and pushes an opposite connector coupled to the connector by the pushing button to intercept an electrical connection between the cables.
