PURPOSE: A cooling/heating system for buildings is provided to simplify system configuration and allow the construction work to be performed in an easy and convenient manner by eliminating an outdoor unit of cooling/heater. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor air inlet pipe(510), an exhaust pipe(520), a coolant supply pipe(53) and a waste water pipe(540) are buried into a wall(501) of a building. A basement(502) includes a filtering device(550) and a water tank(560). The outdoor air inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe are provided with an inlet fan(511) and an exhaust fan(521) arranged at the top portions of the outdoor air inlet pipe and the exhaust pipe, respectively. The pipes buried into the wall are branched at each floor of the building and connected to a cooler/heater(1). The exhaust pipe has a branch pipe(520') connected to an outlet pipe(314) arranged at the rear surface of the cooler/heater, the outdoor air inlet pipe has a branch pipe(510') connected to an inlet hole(324) formed at the inner lower portion of the cooler/heater, and the waste water pipe is connected to a super-cooling device.
