PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the energy consumption in a recycling stage for recycling a photoreceptor drum by recoating. SOLUTION: A photosensitive layer is peeled from a drum unit formed by coupling a gear flange 7a to the photoreceptor drum 7 without disassembling the drum unit and then, the recycling of the recoating is executed, by which the energy (electric power etc.), consumed in the conventional material recycling stage may be eliminated and resource conservation is made possible. The photosensitive layer of a rotating photoreceptor drum 7 is removed by a blade 39 and the drum is subjected to recoating. |
