PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve brightness of a fluorescent display tube without increasing power consumption. SOLUTION: In a fluorescent display tube comprising an anode 104 to which a fluorescent film 105 is attached and a cathode 107 which emits electrons inside of a vacuum container, and the electrons emitted from the cathode 107 are made to collide with the fluorescent film 105 emit light, a fluorescent body which constitutes the fluorescent film 105 is made spherical.
