PURPOSE: A fermentation drying equipment for food waste of a sink is provided, which can feed the food waste from a sink to a fermentation drying tank automatically and can condense the water vapor generated from the fermentation drying tank and discharge to sewage, so that the food waste can be dried and fermented effectively without any separation procedure, thereby producing fertilizer or animal feed. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a built in a collecting box (51) of a perforated case(50) for de-watering the food waste, which is connected to a water outlet(2) of a sink(52) at the top and connected at the bottom to a transfer pipe(11) that is connected to an inclined transfer pipe(4), the transfer pipe(11) having at the top a pressing bar and a handle for compacting the food waste to the transfer pipe(4); (ii) a discharge pipe(3) that is the outer pipe of a double pipe connected to the water outlet(2) of the sink(52) for receiving de-watered water from the collecting box(51), the inner pipe being the transfer pipe(11); (iii) a transfer pipe(4) connected to the transfer pipe(11) at the upside of lower part and connected to a fermentation drying tank(6) at the lower side of upper part, in which a transfer screw(5) is installed for moving the waste to top and for discharging to the tank(6); and (iv) a fermentation drying tank(6) installed to the transfer pipe(4) at the top, in which an agitation screw(60) is installed at the bottom and a cooler(7) is installed at the top for condensing water vapor generated from the tank(6). |
