PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high efficiency lithium cell with improved interface between electrodes and solid electrolyte by improving the solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: The lithium cell is formed by arranging solid electrolyte between a pair of positive and negative electrodes comprising an active substance, the solid electrolyte being plasticized by adding a mixture of titanium oxide and lithium compound to crystalline solid electrolyte powder. |
