PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing an improved traditional alcoholic beverage by repeated and continuous fermentation at high speed. Thereby, its productivity is remarkably increased and time and cost for its production can be saved. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an improved traditional alcoholic beverage comprises the steps: i) adding fresh water or barm to steamed rice or starch, followed by grinding the mixture by a mixer and fermenting it at 26-27 deg.C for 18-23 hours using immobilized yeast, pressed yeast and activated dry yeast; ii) adding again starch or rice, water, and barm to a fermenter; and iv) fermenting the mixture continuously using remaining yeasts from step (i). And a manufacturing machine comprises a fermenter (10), a close valve (11), a cylinder net (22), a pipe (25), a close valve (21), filter tank (20), a pump (23), a filtering membrane (24), a close valve (31), and a storage tank (30).
