PURPOSE: To easily handle and wash a food processor for successively executing a process for crushing and a process for boiling. CONSTITUTION: A soymilk processor includes a container and a crushing element fitted to the upper part of the container. An electric motor 18 having a driving joint is supported over the crushing element so that the driving joint of the crushing element can be engaged at need. The motor is supported by a bracket 27 enabling the motor and its driving joint to move vertically, thereby the container 14 and a crushing container can be removed when a processing cycle is completed. |
