PURPOSE: A system and a method for security using a wired telephone set are provided to process security and emergency situations, and supply the information in the spot, by using a wireless sensor and a main device part that includes a telephone circuit part. CONSTITUTION: A main processor(11) includes a line switch monitoring part(104), an emergency report telephone number storing part(105), an emergency message storing part(106) and a data control part(107). The main processor(11) further includes an emergency processor(109), a function controller(112) and an emergency warning sound instruction part(115). A wireless sensor part(12) includes a gas detection sensor(121), a fire detection sensor(122) and an invader detection sensor(123). An external warning device(13) receives the radio signal for instructing the generation of a warning sound from the part(115), and then outputs the warning sound for a certain time. A remote control part(14) processes the function of the function controller(112) remotely.
