PURPOSE: An electric wire contact hole is provided to conveniently and rapidly measure electric wires, by allowing penetration of a contact needle of an electric wire to be measured. CONSTITUTION: The electric wire contact hole includes an insertion hole for introducing a connection wire of a connection element connected to a measurement hole. A contact portion(3) in which a latch piece(6) and a metal material contact needle(5) having a latch home(601) are positioned up and down right on the insertion hole of a contact tool body(1) having a raise guide tube(2) to which a portion of a raise limit home of a press hole is connected. The bottom of the contact needle(5) is inserted into a fixing hole(4) made of a metal material while a screw pole(501) is inserted into the contact hole body(1) so that the fixing hole(4) and the contact needle(5) can be simultaneously fixed. The latch piece(6) of the contact portion(3) has a curved extension piece(602) at its one side and is inserted into the raise guide tube(2) and a device hole(202). The bottom of the curved extension piece(602) is fixed to a press hole at the bottom of the raise guide tube(2) and a spring is built within the device hole, so that it can is resiliently fixed between the latch jaw on the device hole and the latch jaw at the center of the curved extension piece(602). A handle piece(201) is integrally formed at a given portion outside of the raise guide tube(2).
