PURPOSE: A method and a device for engraving a pattern of tableware are provided to mold a desired pattern by engraving various shapes on all kinds of the tableware and tom improve the external appearance of a product by making the pattern distinctive. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte accepting bath(20) is installed on one side of a support(10) and an electrolyte supply unit is formed inside the electrolyte accepting bath and connected to an electrolyte supply hose(11). A drain pipe(22) is coupled to an electrolyte discharge hose(12) and protruded to an upper part to drain the electrolyte. A base plate(30) is installed on an upper part of the electrolyte supply unit and an electrolyte transfer unit is formed to be connected with the electrolyte supply hole. A graphite block(32) is prepared on an upper front part of the base plate and plural electrolyte holes are formed to be connected to the electrolyte transfer unit. A plus electrode line(33) is coupled to one side of the graphite block and a cushion support member(35) is combined with a fixing frame(35a). A net(36) and a film member(37) are formed on an upper part of the cushion support member. A widthwise regulator(40) is combined to support the net and the film member and to regulate the widthwise direction of an engraved material. A sliding block(52) is installed to move along a guide groove(51). A transfer stand(53) is combined with the upper part of the sliding block and a lengthwise regulator(50) is installed on one side of the transfer stand. A vertical rod(62) is installed in the upper center of a support plate(61) and coupled to a clamp(63). A horizontal rod is coupled to the clamp and an electrode rod holder(65) is installed on an end of the clamp. A minus electrode rod(67) is formed on a lower part of the electrode rod holder to elevate the electrode rod(67).
